It's time to amend the Constitution to add, after each and every clause, the words "no really. We mean it, you morons."

The 4th Circuit, in a decision written by one of the guys on the short list to be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, decided that the 5th through 7th amendements are optional, and that people accused of crimes don't actually have a right to a fair, speedy trial, or in fact any sort of due process whatsoever.

Maybe "accused" is too strong of a word. Jose Padilla hasn't even been charged with any crime. See, anywhere the 4th Circuit has jurisdiction, the President can declare that you have no rights, and whisk you away to an undisclosed location forever, with no hope of review by a court or anyone else.

Tell me we're not living in a dictatorship and I'll laugh in your face. These judges need to be impeached immediately. Drawing and quartering them afterwards is optional.
